Jankowski and Stahlnecker of M.J. Peterson broker $2.4 million sale

A local partnership has recently acquired the 31,000 s/f Spaulding Building in the city's downtown 700 block of Main St. for $2.4 million. The new owners plan to renovate the early 20th century façade this spring. M.J. Peterson Commercial Real Estate's Ed Jankowski, broker, and Dorothy Stahlnecker, vice president, co-brokered the deal. Constructed in 1906, the building had been owned by the Spaulding Group LLC. The building's main tenant is the architectural firm of Foit-Albert & Associates. Foit-Albert has agreed to remain in the building and has signed a 10-year lease. The building also has 20 market-rate apartments, all of which are currently under lease.
