J. Bonacio launches Julie & Co. in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs, NY Sonny Bonacio and Julie Bonacio revealed the launch of a new venture, Julie & Co. Realty, LLC. The Saratoga Springs-based real estate brokerage will operate as a boutique firm, focusing on residential resale properties, commercial, as well as Bonacio Construction projects. The Bonacio umbrella of companies cover many areas, from development to construction and management, so it only made sense to add this piece of the equation. J. Bonacio, VP of Bonacio Construction and owner of Julie & Co. Realty, LLC has been in the real estate business for 15 years and in sales for over 25 years. She is excited to now branch off onto her own.  “With some exciting Bonacio projects coming up in the near future, it’ll be exciting to be personally involved in filling the spaces.
