Itzhaki Properties has completed two sales totaling $3.76 million.
The first deal was the $835,000 sale of 2514 Albermarle Rd., a 14,310 s/f vacant lot with 34,773 s/f of development rights. Located in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood, the lot is situated between Lott St. and Veronica Place. Shay Zach of Itzhaki represented the buyer and seller.
The second deal was the $2.925 million sale of 124 East 37th St., a landmarked, five-story, mixed-use residential building comprised of two duplex apartments and one duplex commercial space. Located in Murray Hill between Lexington and Park Aves., the building offered significant rental upside with vacate clauses for all existing tenants. Zach and Edan Cohen of Itzhaki represented the buyer and seller.
