State of Israel Bonds' Electrical Industries Division honored Carol Kleinberg and her husband Paul Kleinberg, president/CEO and executive VP of Kleinberg Electric; Stuart Gruman and Harold Rosenberg, president and secretary/treasurer of Gallant & Wein; and Elliot Hecht, a business representative of Local 3 of the IBEW, at its annual luncheon at the Mandarin Oriental. The event produced $4 million in bond sales to strengthen Israel's economy, in addition to a $20 million purchase from NYS' Common Retirement Fund that was launched by state comptroller Thomas DiNapoli, the guest speaker.
