Island Associates complete sale of free-standing retail building

Coram, NY Island Associates Real Estate Inc. has successfully negotiated and closed the sale of a free-standing 5000+/- s/f retail building for a sale price of $935,000.

The site is a vacant free standing retail building which was the former site of Procida Tile and contains a showroom area as well as some warehouse/storage space with two bay doors.

Purchaser is an investor who purchased the building with intentions to renovate and lease to a new tenant. The seller was represented by Roger Delisle of Island Associates, and the purchaser was represented by Eugene Mincone of Signature Premier Properties.
