Island Associates closes three leases totaling 3,650 s/f

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. has closed the following three leases totaling 3,650 s/f: • Sprint has leased a 850 s/f of retail space at 385 Sunrise Hwy., West Babylon. Roger Delisle, Suzanne Lopez, and Terence McMahon of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant. • Transcript Pharmacy, a local pharmacy, has leased 1,800 s/f of retail space within Fulton Plaza, 87-123 Hempstead Tpke, Farmingdale. Delisle and Lopez of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant. • Special Touch Car Detailing, a car detailing company, has leased a 1,000 s/f of warehouse space at 333 Spur Dr. North in Bay Shore. Lopez and McMahon of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction. Island Associates Real Estate is a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm that provides a full range of services for institutions, investors, developers, retailers and owners of commercial, retail and multifamily properties. The firm has been serving Long Island for the last 26 years.
