Isaacs of CBRE reps Eli Lilly in 30,408 s/f office and lab lease expansion

New York, NY CBRE Group, Inc. has represented Eli Lilly in its 30,408 s/f office and lab lease expansion at Alexandria Center for Life Science—West Tower at 430 East 29th St. Eli Lilly now occupies 120,000 s/f in total space following its 2010 opening at Alexandria Center. CBRE executive vice president John Isaacs represented the Eli Lilly in the 10-year deal for the entire 12th floor. “Alexandria Center for Life Sciences (ACLS) has been an enormously successful location for Eli Lilly since the acquisition of ImClone,” said Isaacs. “The current expansion enables Lilly to further grow their oncology research, adding 50 new jobs in core therapeutic areas, while continuing to promote the essential, broader collaboration with leading local academic scientists.” Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Hartman and ARE’s John Cunningham represented the landlord.
