IREON presents “Re-Building Business in New York City” panel

New York, NY More than 60 ireon members, along with their colleagues and friends attended a panel at the Steelcase Worklife Center to hear an expert panel discuss issues facing businesses in New York City.

Among the topics discussed were how to incentivize workers’ return to offices, best workspace design practices, ESG protocols for clean air and other pertinent subjects.

Moderated by Hugo Ramirez of Adler Windows, the expert panel included:

  • Smart building innovator Jeff Hendler of Logical Buildings;
  • Architect Marc Spector of the Spectorgroup;
  • Jay Waldner of Waldner Business Environments;
  • Labor lawyer David Ofenloch of Clifton Budd & DeMaria; and
  • Building owner Gerard Nocera of Resolution Real Estate Partners.
