IPRealty sells 2,000 s/f retail condo for $6.5 million in Manhattan

IPRealty, formerly Itzhaki Properties, has completed the sale of 145 Greene St., a 2,000 s/f retail condo located in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. The condo was purchased with the tenant, Aroma Espresso Bar, already in place. This spectacular retail location on the corner of Houston is convenient to multiple subway lines.  Aroma Espresso Bar first opened its doors in NYC in 2006.  It is the first NYC location for the expanding Aroma, originally in Israel with 75 locations at that time.  The Israeli locations are popularly held to be the local's rival to Starbucks - specializing in coffee drinks and plenty of fresh made sandwiches to choose from all on thick slices of fresh baked bread. Inbal Himelblau of IPRealty represented the purchaser while Ivan Hakimian and Eli Haliva, also of IPRealty, represented the seller in the transaction. This marks the second transaction on Greene St. for both Inbal Himelblau and Ivan Hakimian of late.
