The property sold for a purchase price of $6.35 million and had a gross income of $823,967. The purchaser was procured by Giuseppe Inglese of Friedman-Roth Realty Services. The seller was represented by Amit Doshi of Besen and Associates and Moses Sioni of Sioni & Partners.
