Ideal Properties Group arranges four Brooklyn leases totaling 11,120 s/f

Ideal Properties Group LLC has completed four leases totaling 11,120 s/f. The broker represented both landlords and tenants in all of the the following leases: * Maria Sartori-Spencer of Ideal Properties brokered the lease of a 2,700 s/f corner storefront at 257 Grand St. in Williamsburg. Shipping and mailing expert Sandbox added another location to its list of area offices. Sandbox inked a five-year lease, with two options for five additional years each. * Justin Dower of Ideal Properties brokered the lease of a 600 s/f storefront at 435 7th Ave. in Park Slope. The space has been leased by Ajami Organics Corp. The new tenant signed a five-year lease, with an option for five additional years. * Sartori-Spencer also brokered the lease for three units totaling 7,300 s/f in Long Island City. The space, located at 9 35th Ave., will be used as artist studios. Aesthetic Movement LLC inked a five-year lease, with two additional five-year options. * Aleksandra Scepanovic of Ideal Properties brokered the lease for 520 s/f space at 75 10th St. in Gowanus. The space was leased by indie perfume line company D.S + Durga. The tenant signed a one-year lease.
