Ideal Properties Group LLC has completed four leases totaling 3,975 s/f. The broker represented both landlords and tenants in all of the the following leases:
* Martine Shandles brokered the lease of a 1,000 s/f storefront at 696 Washington Ave. in Prospect Heights. Restaurateur Maribelle's Inc. leased the space for a five-year term.
* Sheretha Franklin brokered the lease of a 1,225 s/f storefront at 53 Sixth Ave. in Park Slope. The storefront was rented by Kaz An Nou (Creole for "Our House"), a future French and Caribbean restaurant. It is expected to open its doors in February. The restaurateur inked a five-year lease with an option to renew for five additional years.
* Maria Sartori-Spencer brokered the lease for a 1,000 s/f storefront at 163 8th St. in Gowanus. Brooklyn Homebrew, retailer of beer brewing supplies, inked a five-year lease.
* Justin Dower brokered the lease of a 750 s/f corner space at 180 Lincoln Pl. in Park Slope. The space was leased by Clear Boutique, women's evening wear retailer. Clear Boutique signed a three-year lease.
