With the latest tenant signing, Dewitt Town Center is now 100% leased. Grazi Zazzara and his firm, The Icon Companies, were brought in two years ago with the task to revitalize and fill the long vacant shopping center formally known as Hechinger Plaza. “The Shopping Center was in rough shape and had been almost completely vacant for the better part of a decade,” said Zazzara. “Our team at Icon developed a proactive marketing and leasing strategy and put it into action. It was a concerted effort, and in under two years we have signed 10 new tenants for a combined 170,000 square feet.” Now known as Dewitt Town Center, the plaza has undergone a complete renovation to go along with all of its new tenants. The first of many was Time Warner Cable, which opened a 55,700 s/f office for its Business Services Center. Soon after Time Warner, the influx of new tenants continued with SkyZone indoor Trampoline Park, Harbor Freight Tools, Pella Windows, Herb Phillipson’s, Jreck Subs, Cricket, Mathews Salon, Par’s Indoor Golf, and CountryMax Stores.
