ICD chooses Burt Hill to design green project: One Za'abeel in Dubai

Burt Hill was appointed by the Investment Corp. of Dubai (ICD) to design an environmentally-friendly project in line with the city's green building initiative. One Za'abeel has been designed to meet ICD's vision with its location at the city's World Trade Center roundabout, located between the old and new business districts on the Sheikh Zayed Rd. The project is a mixed-use development consisting of three separate towers interconnected by a continuous section of upper floors and resting on a common base podium.
