HVS Capital Corp (HVSCC) has served as exclusive advisor to the court appointed receiver in the sale of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn. The portfolio was sold to a private owner/operator and comprised of 225 rooms, 2,500 s/f of meeting space, outdoor pools, and food and beverage facilities.
