JT Roselle Lighting is moving their present office in Jericho, NY, to this location. The new location in Long Island will serve as their corporate headquarters.

“We were able to provide JT Roselle with a small warehouse for their lighting samples,” said Hunt. “Warehouse of this type would not normally be available in an office building but is one of the major features of flex office/industrial space. Construction is underway, and the tenant will be taking occupancy of the space this spring.”

245 Newtown Rd. is a 106,297 s/f “flex” building. It is a home to E.W. Howell Construction, Trane, Lightpath, and ProtectionOne, among other tenants. The building is part of an Anton-Cerrone Associates portfolio consisting of over 700,000 s/f of office and flex space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt exclusively represents Anton-Cerrone.
