Hunt Corporate Services and C&W collaborate in 24,500 s/f lease between Aboff and Jesbes Realty

Hauppauge, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Aboff’s Paint and Wallcoverings has leased the 24,500 s/f industrial building located at 59 Gilpin Ave. The industrial building located at 59 Gilpin Ave. was built in 1979. It has 19,200 s/f of 18 ft. clear height, 2,000 s/f of a mezzanine, and 3,300 s/f of office.

Robert Hirschfeld of Hunt exclusively represented the tenant. David Pennetta and Kyle Burkhardt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Jesbes Realty LLC.

“Aboff’s was looking to centralize their distribution center on Long Island,” said Hirschfeld. “The building at 59 Gilpin Ave. is able to accommodate the receiving of goods from Benjamin Moore, as well as the distribution to local Aboff’s stores. A showroom will be placed in the front of the building.”

With over 90 years of paint expertise, Aboff’s Paint and Wallcovering is the largest independent dealer of Benjamin Moore Paint in New York with over 32 stores servicing Long Island and New York City. They continue to be a family-run business.
