The property is a 250,000 s/f industrial building. The buyer was the Krog Corp. * The $204,000 sale of 265 Union St., Hamburg, brokered by Fred Occhino of Hunt. The property is a 4,416 s/f office building. The buyer was Charles Schneider. * The $70,000 sale of 39 Buffalo St., Gowanda, brokered by Occhino and Thomas Gentile of Hunt. The property, known as Fox Motors, consists of 5,200 s/f. The buyers were Anthony and Carla Jefferlone. * The $55,000 sale of 3704 Lockport Rd., Niagara Falls, brokered by Renee Wieberg of Hunt. The property is a 6,000 s/f industrial building. The buyer was Rick Sweney.
