Huffman joins RedMark Realty in Clifton Park

Clifton Park, NY According to RedMark Realty, Olivia Huffman has joined the commercial real estate firm. The brokerage is known for doing business statewide and soliciting business to come to Upstate New York from all over the country.

Prior to her move to RedMark Realty, Huffman did $1.28 million in closed business during her first year and a half in real estate. Her experience includes commercial sales & leases–offices, retail, property management, land development, mixed use, warehouse, and storage.

Huffman said, “For being ranked the 5th top commercial brokerage in 2017 by closed business volume by the Albany Biz Journal, the brokerage is boutique considering I’m now one of four agents, including the two broker-owners Gordon Heeps and Alex Kutikov, representing over $4 million square feet. I’m so thrilled to have such great mentors and to have so many projects to take on.”

Being raised in Saratoga County, Huffman said, “Although Saratoga is a vibrant environment and the fastest growing county in Upstate New York, I plan on expanding my market and learning every single major intersection in New York State in order to best guide clients.”
