Hudson Valley NYSCAR chapter and S.E.C. to hold commercial education and marketing session April 21-22

The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. (NYSCAR), in cooperation with the Hudson Valley NYSCAR chapter and the Society of Exchange Counselors (S.E.C.) will hold a commercial education and marketing session on April 21 and April 22 at the Hotel Sierra, 100 Westgate Business Center Dr. Education Day, April 21 "Creative Real Estate Formulas" will feature 7.5 hours CE credit pending. The instructor is Charles Sutherland, S.E.C., a commercial real estate investor and developer based in Dallas, Tex.
