Hudson Realty Capital purchases $5.4 B-note secured by 19-buildings

Hudson Realty Capital LLC has purchased a $5.4 million B-note in a $54 million first mortgage secured by 19 one-story industrial/flex buildings totaling 1 million s/f. Situated on 80.23 non-contiguous acres, the property is located in Gwinnett Park.   The sponsor is a California-based private investment and development company focused on office, industrial, retail and apartment properties throughout the U.S.
