In a transaction arranged by CB Richard Ellis, The Galleon Group has committed to 9,000 s/f at 575 Fifth Ave. The hedge fund, which manages both long and short term equity in the technology, healthcare and new media sectors, will be expanding its presence. The firm will continue to occupy 25,000 s/f at 590 Madison Ave.
