Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate secure two sales totaling $3.8 million; 244 West Street and 280 West Street in Mount Kisco

Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services arranged the sale of 244 West St. and 280 West St. for $3.8 million. Both buildings are residential apartment buildings. 244 West St. is a three-story walk-up built in 1977 with 24 rental units and on-site parking for 36 cars. The sale price for 244 West St. was $3.45 million. 280 West St. is a three-story walk-up built in 1980 with 35 rental units and on-site parking for 55 cars. The sale price for 280 West St. was $4.85 million. Gerry Houlihan and Dan Houlihan with Houlihan & O'Malley, represented the seller, Rylan East and Rylan West Realty, Inc. Catherine Andreycak, of Shamberg Marwell Hollis Andreycak & Laidlaw, P.C., in Mount Kisco, was the attorney for the seller. Peter Giner with Giner Real Estate in Bedford Hills, N.Y. was the real estate broker for the buyer. Alan Lichtenstein, in Mount Kisco, was the attorney for the buyer.
