Houlihan Lawrence welcomes Finelli to Bedford office as a licensed salesperson

According to Houlihan Lawrence,Westchester agent Kathryn Finelli has joined the firm working out of their Bedford brokerage. As a lifetime resident of Westchester, Finelli is able to give her clients an insider's perspective into the area with the extensive knowledge of someone deeply rooted in the community. "Kathryn uses her Bedford and Pound Ridge hometown experiences to provide clients with specific details of the nuances and market of each area, allowing for them to make the most informed real estate decisions," said Maryellen Walsh, brokerage manager of Houlihan Lawrence's Bedford office. While at Academy, she worked closely with area architects, engineers and building contractors, which led her to the real estate industry. A licensed real estate salesperson in New York and Connecticut, Finelli is passionate about providing the highest level of service for her customers at all times.
