Houlihan Lawrence hosts broker open house for 9,500 s/f estate

Tarrytown, NY Houlihan Lawrence has taken the concept of a broker open house to new heights at the grand unveiling of 20 Carriage Trail, a newly completed estate home at the Greystone-on-Hudson enclave. 

The broker open house, which was held September 27, featured rides on a hot air balloon to get a unique view of this property overlooking the Hudson. The custom shingle home features 9,500 s/f of interior living space with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, great-room, breakfast room, living room and formal dining room. Other amenities include: Home theater, wine cellar, home gym, library or study and a powder room. The property also has 2,583 s/f of patios and covered porches.
