sells two properties - $4.3 million

130 Westchester Avenue - White Plains, NY

White Plains, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has brokered two sales totaling $4.3 million of commercial properties.

In downtown, the former Hyundai automotive dealership building located at 130 Westchester Ave., sold for $3.35 million in an all-cash transaction. The 4,500 s/f building is situated on a 12,600 s/f lot. The property is located near the entrance and exit of the Cross Westchester Expwy. (I-287) and across the street from the Westchester Mall.

The property, which was most recently a used car dealership, was purchased on an as-is, non-contingent basis. The owner is an investor who will be seeking his own tenant.

Both the seller and purchaser were represented by Andrew Grossman, licensed salesperson and Garry Klein, associate broker and regional manager at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.

In downtown Yonkers, Houlihan Lawrence Commercial handled the sale of 4-8 Warburton Ave. for $970,000. The elevatored building has three floors of vacant office space. The ground floor has 5,500 s/f of retail space leased to a specialty market. The buyer envisions restoring the 1908 structure with 8,500 s/f of office space.
