Houlihan Lawrence Commercial leases
12,600 s/f at 270 North Ave.
New Rochelle, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has brokered the lease of 12,600 s/f of office space located at 270 North Ave.
The landlord was represented by Mike Rackenberg, associate broker, with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial and the tenant was represented by Andy Grossman, associate broker, also with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.
The space came fully-furnished and move-in ready. The tenant, New State Capital Partners, is relocating from Larchmont.
The tenant needed to more than double the size of their current space. The building includes parking and is located across from the Metro-North train station.
