Horvath & Tremblay sells three properties totaling $5.04 million

Amsterdam, NY Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three properties totaling $5 million.

Jeremy Black of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of WellNow Urgent Care in Amsterdam. Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.4 million. The stand-alone building is comprised of 3,500 s/f and sits on a 0.67-acre lot. WellNow is located along NY Rte. 30, the primary retail corridor. The property is part of a new development that is also improved by a new construction Chipotle and Popeye’s, is adjacent to the Target and Kohl’s anchored Amsterdam Commons and is across the street from a Walmart Supercenter and Market 32 supermarket.

Black also facilitated the sale of a Wendy’s in Buffalo. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sales price of $1.7 million. The Wendy’s is located at 969 McKinley Pkwy. The new construction has an absolute triple-net ground lease with a 20-year term and four 5-year renewal options.

Black also completed the sale of Dollar General in Saint Johnsville. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $954,744. Dollar General is located at 7473 NY State Hwy. 5. Dollar General has 7+ years remaining on their lease and is followed by two 5-year renewal options.
