Horowitz and Peck of Studley secure 28,000 s/f lease for Valentino

Italian fashion house Valentino has secured a long-term home for its offices and showrooms on the 26th, 31st and 32nd floors of 11 West 42nd St., having signed a lease for 28,000 s/f. The transaction includes a long-term lease for the top two floors of the building, which became available with a lease termination of an existing tenant. It also includes a lease amendment, which extends Valentino's lease on the 26th floor beyond the 2011 expiration of its current sublease. Studley executive managing director Daniel Horowitz and corporate managing director Jeffrey Peck represented Valentino. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Greg Conen.
