Horbach and Suserman of Ripco handle Pastosa Ravioli at Regency Plaza

Florham Park, NJ According to Ripco Real Estate, Pastosa Ravioli has opened in Regency Plaza at 186 Columbia Tpke.

Alison Horbach of Ripco identified the location and brokered the transaction on behalf of Pastosa and Florian Suserman, also of Ripco, represented the owners of Regency Plaza.

With stores in New York City, Cranford and Manalapan, Pastosa opened its eleventh store in Florham Park.

“The early success of this location is surpassing our already high expectations” said Anthony Ajello. “We are thrilled to be part of the community,” said Ajello, the grandson of the founder of Pastosa who has been working in the business all his life. Pastosa is a family owned business specializing in homemade ravioli and specialty products, homemade sauces, fresh mozzarella cheese and prepared foods.

“We believe that Pastosa is well suited to service the needs of the Florham Park and surrounding area customer. With high incomes and education levels and the terrific market co-tenancy including both Trader Joe’s and King’s Supermarkets, Pastosa should be well positioned,” said Horbach.

With its New Jersey office based in Lyndhurst, Ripco Real Estate Corp. was founded in 1991 as a boutique firm specializing in retail real estate in the New York Tri-State area. The goal of the company was to combine our expertise in both owner and tenant representation in a friendly, hard-working, and intelligent manner. Ripco prides itself on providing the highest level of detailed market information, enabling its clients to make educated decisions about their retail real estate needs.
