Holloman of Lee NYC arranges $1.28 million sale of 1575 East Gun Hill Road, Bronx

Bronx, NY Alfonso Holloman, CCIM, senior managing director/principal of Lee & Associates NYC has arranged the sale of the property at 1575 East Gun Hill Rd., between Kingsland and Mickle Aves., in Baychester for $1.28 million to Inner Court Sanctuary Praise Palace. The 5,029 s/f property will serve as a place of worship for the congregation which is relocating from 1660 East Gun Hill Rd.

“Having been founded in the Bronx, Inner Court Sanctuary Praise Palace will benefit greatly from being able to remain in the neighborhood,” said Holloman, who represented both Inner Court Sanctuary Praise Palace as well as the seller, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Inc. “In addition, this property was sold by a faith-based owner to a faith-based user, making for a transaction about which both sides felt good.”
