HKS Capital Partners arranges three finance deals totaling $34.6 million

HKS Capital Partners LLC has negotiated the following three deals totaling $34.6 million: * HKS' Chad Johnson negotiated a $20.5 million refinance of a single-story, 509,245 s/f industrial warehouse building located in South Brunswick. The loan features a rate of 5.52% and a term of five years. * Johnson also negotiated an $8.4 million financing of one single-story, 6,705 s/f industrial warehouse and one 5,200 s/f vacant lot located in Miami, Fla. The loan features a rate of 6% and a term of two years. * HKS' Ayush Kapahi negotiated a $5.7 million refinance of two multifamily buildings located near Coastal Carolina University and near Myrtle Beach, S.C. The properties include: Patriots Hollow, a garden complex with 99 residential units and Patriots Way, a garden complex with 71 residential units. The loan features a rate of 5.75% and a term of two years.
