Himmel & Meringoff renews the Actors Fund at 729 Seventh Avenue
The Actors Fund, one of the nation's oldest charitable organizations dedicated to assisting professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industries, has renewed its 22,300 s/f, two-floor lease at Himmel & Meringoff's 729 Seventh Ave. The new lease, on the entire 10th and 11th floors in the 17-story building, extends The Fund's term for an additional 15 years.
