Hildreth Real Estate Advisors appoints Padway COO

Max Padway

New York, NY Hildreth Real Estate Advisors has appointed Max Padway as chief operating officer to oversee the growth of the Hildreth proprietary database, new business initiatives and manage investor relations.

Prior, Padway gained operational experience from the tech space as the founder of an over-the-top (OTT) sports streaming platform.

Before starting his tech venture, Padway worked as an analyst on the asset management team at Guidepoint, a leading market research firm where he collaborated closely with both hedge fund and private equity managers to fill gaps in their research capabilities.

Padway also worked at the Benchmark Co., a boutique investment bank and sales and trading firm, where he reported to the director of trading and operations and played a key role in their investor services and organizational efficiency.

He graduated cum laude from the Boston University Questrom School of Business with a bachelors of science degree in finance. Padway founded a scholarship program for NYC Pickup Sports (Youth Sports Organization). He also performs pro bono consulting for See Far Housing, an affordable housing initiative in Rwanda.

“We welcome Max aboard as part of our hardworking and innovative team here at Hildreth,” said Hildreth’s co-founder David Shorenstein, who along with Jason Breitstone founded the firm in 2019.
