Highcap lists two new exclusives in Harlem and Bushwick

Jeff Weiss, an investment sales associate with Highcap Group, has revealed two new exclusives, one located in Harlem and the other, located in the South Bushwick section of the borough. The Harlem property, 1884 Park Ave., between East 128th and East 129th Sts., is a newly renovated, four-story walkup, including 4,000 gross s/f with three, free market units, (each having two bedrooms and two bathrooms), and one retail space on the ground floor. Weiss said, “This building, with its upscale renovations, and close proximity to the 125th St. retail corridor, offers a compelling value to an investor seeking long term capital appreciation.” The other property is located at 1639 Broadway, between Eldert St. and Covert St., also, a four-story walkup with 7,000 gross s/f and contains six rent stabilized units, all with large 1-bedrooms, and one retail space. The Property is just a few blocks from the J and Z subway lines. “A well maintained building and improving neighborhood, this is sure to appreciate over time," said Weiss.
