Hibler joins Megalith Capital Management's acquisitions and asset managment team

JonNew York, NY According to Megalith Capital Management, a leading real estate owner and developer in New York City, Jon Hibler has joined the firm’s acquisitions and asset management team. In his new role, Hibler will be responsible for underwriting and financial analysis of acquisitions and new development projects. “Jon’s understanding of the real estate development market coupled with his financial knowledge will be a valuable asset to our firm,” said Sam Sidhu, CEO and founder of Megalith. “We welcome him to our team and look forward to the continued expansion of our business.” Prior to joining Megalith, Hibler was part of the land development team of international real estate firm Hines. He was responsible for due diligence, financial analysis and project management for development projects in Houston and Austin, TX. Previously, he worked in the Global Real Assets group of J.P. Morgan in New York. Hibler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University, where he was also a four-year member of the Varsity Football team.
