Herman and team join Brown Harris Stevens

Herman is returning home to Brown Harris Stevens following 10 years of record-breaking new development and resales success. With 22 years of award-winning achievements across Manhattan, Miami, and the Hamptons, Herman has generated over $900 million in sales, establishing herself as one of New York City’s top real estate professionals. She has been named among the Top 1% in Real Trends, one of New York City’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents by The Wall Street Journal, and frequently among her prior firm’s #1 team for sales volume.

The Herman Team also includes Francesca Albarrán and Charisse Chassen, who combined bring $1.5 billion in transactional success. Their most recent record-setting sale was for a co-op penthouse at 993 Fifth Avenue on Central Park.
