The sale price was $3.803 million. The seller was Lattimore Hall, LLC and the buyer was WCBB Holdings, LLC.

Servicing SUNY Cayuga Community College, this student housing facility is in excellent condition after $500,000 in recent remodeling and upgrades. This dormitory also has a history of high occupancy. The new ownership plans to streamline student leasing with greater online accessibility by the applicants.
