Hazelton, Sasson, and Sinsheimer join EC

Eastern Consolidated has brought on board three associate directors to join its team of professional investment sales brokers. Wade Hazelton, Andrew Sasson and Chad Sinsheimer have joined Eastern, each with different backgrounds and expertise. "The market continues to accelerate unabated as investors seek to buy a wide variety of asset types, from retail condos to development sites to mixed-use properties and more, given today's low interest rates and the stability throughout the Greater New York metro region," said Daun Paris, president of Eastern Consolidated. "We are expanding to meet that demand, to help our clients make better and more informed decisions and to offer an enhanced level of expertise overall." Hazelton joins directly from serving as a distressed debt investment analyst with Argo Partners, whose clients required bankruptcy and re-structuring advisory services. His recommendations led to investments in various forms of debt of public and private companies over the course of his tenure. Sasson, whose focus is in the sales and acquisition of retail and multifamily properties, served as asset manager for S&S Equities of N.Y. and N.J., Inc. Sinsheimer specializes in investment sales with a particular emphasis on the Upper West Side and Harlem. His Wall Street background as an option trader has resulted in an aptitude for valuation and an enhanced ability to decipher large, complex financial transactions. Prior to joining Eastern, he was an Equity Options Trader at the Cutler Group LP.
