Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid Brokerage complete lease and sale

ADHD & Autism Physiological Services leased 3,822 s/f of office space at The Mill located at 587 Main St., New York Mills. Anthony Hathaway and Rick Brower of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this lease transaction. Hathaway and Brower also brokered the sale of the 17,900 s/f professional office building located at 1506 Genesee St. Gasnar Corporation purchased this investment property for $250,000 in September 2011. Pyramid Brokerage Company is Upstate New York's largest and only regional commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in 10 offices across the state. The company's service lines includes industrial, retail and office sales and leasing, market research and analysis, corporate advisory services, an investment specialty group and financial services.
