Hart joins Rose Hill Grp. as an assistant vice president

David Hart has joined The Rose Hill Group of WNY LTD (RHG) as an assistant vice president.  Hart brings over 18 years of commercial real estate finance experience from previous positions with regional and national brokerage and development companies.
