Hardesty of Bouck Real Estate completes 6,000 s/f lease in Auburn

Auburn, NY According to Bouck Real Estate, Sharpshooters Laser Tag has a new home at 44 Washington St.

Mike Hardesty, licensed salesperson with Bouck Real Estate, worked with building owner Richard Shea, to bring the tenant to the former Car Quest location. The 6,000 s/f facility will host a laser tag area, featuring the Beam by Eye Click.

According to Bouck Real Estate, the building had been vacant for over a year. The steel structure is in excellent condition, and this use will provide a new entertainment venue to the area, as well as a source of employment.

John Bouck, owner of Bouck Real Estate, indicated that, “This is a continuation of what we are seeing as a commercial business resurgence in our community. Based on our very busy office, we anticipate this trend will continue.”

Owner, Anthony Feocco, said, “This building is the perfect size for our laser tag experience. Beam by Eye Click, an interactive game, is the first in our area. Summer hours will began Friday, July 5^th.
