Harbor Plaza begins renovation of 785,700 s/f complex in Stamford

A major renovation is underway at Harbor Plaza, a seven-building, 785,700 s/f office complex overlooking Stamford Harbor. Harbor Plaza is located on an 18-acre site, five minutes from exit 8 on I-95. In buildings 181 and 208 currently 243,200 s/f is available. Newmark Knight Frank executive managing director Hilarie Siles, managing principal John Goodkind, associate Paul Gojkovich, managing director James Ritman, and managing principal Gil Ohls, all of the global real estate services firm's Greenwich office, are marketing the project.
