Haque of Extreme Realty arranges $4.425 million sale of Queens walk-up bldg.

Extreme Realty, LLC has arranged the sale of 47-60 39th Pl. for $4.425 million. This 4-story walkup apartment building contains 32 apartments, 22 of which were delivered vacant. The property was built in 1937 and has been under the same ownership since 1938. The purchaser took over the C Corp. in this transaction. Extreme Realty's Nadeem Haque represented the both parties.
