Friedman-Roth Realty Services completed the sale of an East Village apartment building located at 105 Ave. C. The five-story building, situated at the corner of East 7th St., is comprised of nine residential units and a retail store. The building was sold for $2.82 million and this transaction was the first sale of the property within the past 35 years.
The deal was brokered by Friedman-Roth's Nadeem Haque, a partner, who represented the seller, and George Niblock, a managing partner, who procured the purchaser.
