Hamlin joins Colliers International as associate director

New York, NY According to Colliers International, Samuel Hamlin has joined its New York operations as an associate director in the capital markets & investment services group. Hamlin, who has performed nearly 200 asset valuations spanning across all property types, including multi-family, development, and retail, will focus on the sale of investment properties in Lower Manhattan. He will immediately support executive director Peter DeCheser. Throughout his career, Hamlin has also been directly involved in the marketing and sale of roughly 30 investment properties with an aggregate value of more than $150 million. “Sam is an energetic professional who’s expansive investment and property knowledge will greatly benefit our Capital Markets group in New York City,” said Kim Brennan, COO of Colliers International’s Tri-State Region. “His leadership skills and work ethic make him an exceptional fit for our growing team.” Prior to joining Colliers, Hamlin served as an investment sales associate with Massey Knakal Realty Services (acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2014). Previously, Hamlin was a media sales associate at Felix, a Manhattan-based Internet advertising platform for local businesses. Hamlin earned his bachelor of arts degree in History from St. Lawrence University. While at St. Lawrence, he was a senator in the student government organization, an active member of the Budget and Finance Committee, and an intern for the Development and Alumni offices.
