Hamilton of Helmsley Spear represents Flatbush Adult Daycare in 8,000 s/f lease

Brooklyn, NY According to Kent Swig, president, Helmsley Spear, LLC, has represented Flatbush Adult Daycare, in a new location for the service provider. The new space is located at 885 Flatbush Ave. and covers 8,000 s/f on the second floor.

Helmsley Spear managing director Rene Hamilton represented the tenant. The tenant signed a lease for a term of 10 years with an asking rent of $35 per s/f

The landlord, Madison Realty, d/b/a/ 885 Flatbush Associates LLC, was represented by Timothy King, managing partner, SVN I CPEX Real Estate.

“This has truly been a wonderful achievement bringing this service in a 10-year lease to this location. This adult daycare provider is now expanding its services to a new submarket in New York City. I have been proud to represent Flatbush Adult Daycare in their move into this Brooklyn location,” said Hamilton.
