The building is built around 13,760 s/f with one retail tenant and four floors thru lofts on top. Ground floor is currently home to a beauty supply shop. The building is zoned as a loft building with retail stores. Industry sources said the deal was negotiated in an off market deal by Ivan Hakimian, founder of HPNY.
