HPNY has brokered the joint venture to redevelop 837 Washington St. in the Meatpacking District at a valuation of $55 million.
Taconic Investment Partners and Thor Equities is jointly developing the building. 837 Washington will be developed into a new 55,000 s/f, six-story office and retail building featuring a four story glass and steel addition built atop an existing warehouse.
The deal was put together in an off-market transaction by Ivan Hakimian and Kevin Esh from HPNY.
