GVA Williams hires Basile to lead its asset management division

GVA Williams, a commercial real estate firm, has hired John Basile to lead its asset management division and appointed him senior managing director. Basile will oversee management functions of GVA Williams' 23 million s/f portfolio. "With his depth and wide array of skills, John is the perfect leader for our asset management team," said Robert Freedman, president of GVA Williams. "John's experience in virtually every aspect of real estate transactions will allow him to not only strengthen his team, but will expand the number of capabilities that we offer to our clients.
